Concept

コンセプト

自然の力とその神秘をテーマに、風と水という要素を取り入れながら、作者独自の感性を加えた立体彫刻を制作し、インスタレーションをした『風水』。そこに吹いている風の力と、流れている水の力、その力の作用に、更に時空の力の作用を重さねて時間が同時進行している。そこから生まれた『時の流れが創り出してゆくもの』をコンセプトにこの作品は発表されました。風や水の自然現象を、立体で表現することで、今、現在も続く時間軸をすべりながら創られてゆくものと、また、同時に時間軸をすべりながら無に帰してゆくものを表現をした立体造形彫刻作品のインスタレーションです。

『風水』には、ポジティブなエネルギーが込められ、環境や空間を整え、また、生き物の身体や心を癒す力があると考えられています。このインスタレーションでは、風や水の動きを鮮明に表現しながら空間の風景を表現しています。配置された個々の立体彫刻には、風や水が作り出す波紋や流れを作品素材の土に指紋で描いています。これらの要素は、作品に命を与えてくれると同時に、地球がもつ記憶や自然の美しさを表現するのにも役立っています。また、自然の美しさを讃えるメッセージも込めています。風と水は、地球上のすべての生き物にとって必要な要素です。私たちは、それらを守り、今更ながらも、大切にすることが必要だという思いです。風や水の自然現象を、立体的な彫刻や造形を制作し表現し、それをインスタレーションをする事で、自然が持つダイナミクスやその流動性、自然の壮大さを表現しています。

また、観るものによっては、その空間が、海や砂浜であったり、山や大地であったり、また、太陽が昇りくる朝の色、沈みゆく夕刻の焼け色に染まっていたり、漆黒の夜の暗闇に浮かぶ白い標に見えているかも知れない。雨上がりの土の匂い、日向の太陽の匂い、草原の緑の空気を感じているかもしれない。雷の閃光の中、動物たちの声や木々のざわめきが聞こえていたりするかもしれない。つまりは、古代から観るものに強い印象を与えた何か、観る人が持つ心の原風景が投影されるかもしれない。誰もが持つであろう太古の記憶や、自然と触れ合う感覚、自然との共存、その何かを感じてもらえたらと考えます。私は今後も、『時の流れが創り出してゆくもの』をコンセプトに、風と水、自然のエレメントをテーマにした作品を制作していきます。

Concept

With the theme of the power of nature and its mysteries, "Feng Shui" created three-dimensional sculptures and installations incorporating the elements of wind and water, while adding the artist's unique sensibility. The force of the wind blowing there, the force of the flowing water, the action of that force, and the action of the space-time force are added together, and time is progressing simultaneously. This work was presented with the concept of "things created by the flow of time" born from that. By expressing the natural phenomena of wind and water in three dimensions, I expressed things that are being created while sliding along the time axis that continues even now, and things that are returning to nothing while sliding along the time axis at the same time. This is an installation of three-dimensional sculpture works.

"Feng Shui" is believed to have the power to bring positive energy into the environment and space, and to heal the bodies and minds of living things. This installation expresses the landscape of space while vividly expressing the movement of wind and water. Ripples and flows created by wind and water are drawn on the soil of the work material with fingerprints on the individual three-dimensional sculptures. These elements give life to the work and at the same time help to express the memory of the earth and the beauty of nature. It also contains a message that praises the beauty of nature. Wind and water are essential elements for all life on earth. We believe that it is necessary to protect them and cherish them even now. By producing and expressing the natural phenomena of wind and water in three-dimensional sculptures and forms, and installing them, I express the dynamics of nature, its fluidity, and the magnificence of nature.

Also, depending on what you see, the space may be the sea, the sandy beach, the mountains, the earth, or the color of the morning when the sun rises, the color of the sunset when the sun sets, or the jet-black night. It may be seen as a white marker floating in the darkness. You may feel the smell of the soil after the rain, the smell of the sun in the sun, the green air of the grassland. In the flash of thunder, you may hear the sounds of animals and the rustling of trees. In other words, something that has left a strong impression on the viewer since ancient times, or the original landscape of the viewer's mind may be projected. I hope that you can feel something about the ancient memories that everyone has, the sense of contact with nature, and the coexistence with nature. I will continue to create works based on the theme of wind, water, and the elements of nature, based on the concept of "things created by the flow of time."
